Visionary Properties Realty was founded by William Doyle and Jason Rodgers in 2006. William (Bill) and Jason have been best friend and business partners for nearly three decades. Previous to the birth of Visionary Properties they both had award winning sales careers and owned one of the highest producing wireless companies in the Southwest. Their extensive sales background coupled with their keen business sense has parlayed into one of the most dynamic and successful real estate brokerages in the state.
The company is called Visionary Properties because Jason Rodgers is blind. The founders wanted the entire planet to understand that just because someone is blind does not mean they are without amazing vision! Jason and Bill have taken the real estate world by storm and refuse to let Jason’s disability be a hindrance or roadblock to their strive for greatness. They believe that anyone with a disability or hardship can be as successful as they want to be if they have vision and a can do attitude. They are no doubt the realtor’s with Vision!
Their goal was to create a real estate company that is innovative, focused and second to none! Like many entrepreneurs they were pulled into this new adventure purely by accident. They had made many real estate investments and transactions prior to becoming agents. They were less than thrilled with the caliber of realtor’s in the marketplace, questionable ethics and poor sales skills. They had no doubts that they could do it better by providing unparalleled customer service without compromising ethics and integrity. They have certainly accomplished their goal and have now set their sights even higher!
